First of all, I want to say something that Mac Neil didn´t mention the main problem is that people begins watching TV since they´re little. At the age of one or two their parents put them in front of the TV and they spent too much hours watching cartoons and in same cases violent series by accident or not if their parents wants to watch those programs believing children don’t understand them, so that they become addicts to TV.
Secondly, I think it´s nearly impossible that programming could be changed so parents should be strict and encourage their child to spend less hours watching TV. They could explain the troubles with TV, like that it discourages concentration, it is bad for the view and it don’t stimulates their minds properly. They should understand their reason and get concient that if the don’t substitute the time they waste watching TV by studying they will not be or it will be harder to be a professional or a cultural people.
To sum up child may open their mind and understand TV is a bad influence in several cases and they only could reach this thoughts helping by their parents.
