Working with "Forms"

A Form is a word document which has interactive elements in it.
Those elements can include:
  • A drop down-menu: you type your question or sentence, then hit Enter and click on the Drop-down menu icon. You doble click the newly-created drop down and add each choice you want. Then you click the Add button and when you finish, click OK to activate your drop-down.
  • Text entry fields: you type your question, then hit Enter and click on the Text Form Field icon. You'll see that it creates a text box. Click on it, then click the Format icon (4º icon in the Forms toolbar). Here you can format what the text box does and the sort of imput it expects.
  • Buttons to select a choice: you type your question, then hit Enter and click on the Check Box Form Field icon. You'll see a check box appear. Then type your first answer next to this. Now press the Tab key and repeat for as many answers you need.

Once you have designed the exercise, you have to "locked" it for the students to solve the exercise.
