What does "work" mean for Lense's students?
unless it absorbs you
like an absorbing game.
If it doesn't absorb you
if it's never any fun
don't do it.
When a man goes out into his work
he is alive like a tree in Spring,
he is living, not merely working.

- Text entry fields: you type your question, then hit Enter and click on the Text Form Field icon. You'll see that it creates a text box. Click on it, then click the Format icon (4º icon in the Forms toolbar). Here you can format what the text box does and the sort of imput it expects.
- Buttons to select a choice: you type your question, then hit Enter and click on the Check Box Form Field icon. You'll see a check box appear. Then type your first answer next to this. Now press the Tab key and repeat for as many answers you need.

- Task: explains clearly and precisely what the learners will have to do as they work their way through the webquest.

How to set up a wiki
You can visit our wiki at: http://lense4to.pbwiki.com/Thesauruses
There are several free sites for setting up wikis, and some of the best known are:
Pbwiki http://www.pbwiki.com/
Media Wiki http://www.mediawiki.org/
Wikihosthttp://wikihost.org/
Advantage:
- When a web page in a wiki is edited, changed or deleted by mistake, previous versions of the page are automatically saved.
- By giving the wiki a password, only those who know the password can edit it, which gives your wiki some measure of security, but it allows it to be accessed and read on the Internet.
- Knowing that the wiki will be viewed by readers outside the classroom, and will be available on the Internet for public scrutiny, is an added incentive for learners.
